$155 per 50-minute session.
Insurance
I do not accept EPA or insurance but can provide you with the documentation you need to submit an out-of-network claim. You can call your insurance company to see what your out-of-network benefits are and how much you will be reimbursed.
Payment
Venmo, PayPal, Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of treatment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session fee.
