COVID-19 Information

I am currently seeing clients using a HIPPA compliant platform to provide video sessions which are covered by insurance.  In addition, many insurance companies are waiving co-pays and co-insurance at this time for behavioral health treatment; check with your carrier to see if this is a benefit of yours.  This information will be updated when I begin to offer face-to-face sessions.

Welcome to my website and thank you for visiting!  Finding a therapist, whether you have ever been to therapy before or not, can be a difficult and potentially an anxiety-provoking thing.  It's hard to know where to start and how to make the important decision in selecting a therapist.  The good news is that you are considering therapy and are doing the research to see if it is right for you and to narrow down which therapist to see.

This is a big first step!  When we are considering starting therapy we have things in our lives that we are not satisfied with.  I am a solution-focused therapist; my goal is to help you figure out how to make the changes you desire that will lead you to a happier life that you enjoy.  While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying many therapy approaches and techniques, we will bring to light long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
